Bespoke engraving is now available on many of our items of memorial jewellery. You can create an even more unique and personalised piece of jewellery to cherish forever with our new engraving service.
Which items of jewellery can have bespoke engraving?
You can engrave many of our items of jewellery created with ashes incorporated in the coloured resin. These include rings, pendants, lockets charm beads, bracelets, and cufflinks. Not all designs are suitable for bespoke engraving. Usually, this is because they are too small or the space available is not suitable for engraving.
Additionally, you can also engrave many of the self-fill pendants and charm beads in our precious metal range. Unfortunately, self-fill pendants in our value range are not suitable for bespoke engraving due to the material they are made from.
How do I know which item I can engrave?
When you encounter an item that you like, you will see various options that you can choose from. Depending on the item, different choices are available. If you see a box that says "engraving options", click here to see if your chosen item is available with bespoke engraving.
If so, you will also find information as to how many characters you can engrave. Next, just click on " yes, I would like to add engraving". Beneath there is a space for you to enter the exact text that you wish to engrave. Under that, you can choose the font type you would like to use. There are three different font examples to help you to decide. Finally, there is a space to add a note of guidance to our engraving team. This lets you make it completely clear exactly how you want your bespoke engraving to look.
What if I make a mistake?
After placing your order online, we will send you a kit to return the ashes to us. Also, there is another form where you must confirm all the details of your order.
After returning the pack, it still may be possible to make changes or to correct a mistake. Just contact our amazing customer service team and they will do their very best to help you.
