This wooden casket is crafted from solid Oak wood that has a half-matt lacquer to create a lovely natural finish. The generous size of this wooden urn allows ample space to safeguard the precious ashes of a departed adult.

It is beautifully finished and will grace your mantelpiece or wherever you choose to keep it in your home. It will be as a lovely reminder of your departed loved one, and a fitting tribute. Alternatively, if you choose to inter the casket in a special place, it will naturally biodegrade over time so releasing the ashes back into the earth.

To insert the ashes, you simply invert the casket. Then you remove the four screws that are recessed within the feet of the urn. This allows you to take out the base and insert the ashes within. The bottom board fits tightly so when you replace the screws the ashes will be held safely within the urn.

Please note that this wooden casket does not come with a presentation box or bag. We also recommend keeping the ashes inside a sealed plastic bag within the casket if you intend to keep the casket at home.
