The large White Hemp Embrace Earthurn is a biodegradable urn which can be used for the temporary storage of cremated remains. It can then be used as an eco-friendly burial urn, or for the scattering of the ashes. Its large size makes it suitable for the ashes of even a robust adult. It is hand-crafted from a paper made from the bark of the Mulberry tree. The ancient technique of harvesting the bark does not cause any damage to the tree, which continues to grow unharmed. The resulting paper is soft and has a natural texture.

This lid of this square biodegradable urn is a pure, delicate white and the base is of natural hemp. In the centre of the lid, there is a dainty relief image of a flower, also all white, and with a gold ribbon in the middle. When you lift off the top, you will find a biodegradable bag inside in which you place the ashes. This eco-friendly urn will completely degrade when buried in the ground. The time needed for total decomposition depends on the type of soil and the weather conditions.
