The Memento water-biodegradable urn allows you to send a special message to your departed loved one. This water-soluble urn is lovingly made by hand from non-toxic, food-grade recycled paper, and has an unusual and pleasing form which is created using an antique mould. It was the winner of the Red Dot Design award in 2011. It is painted a lovely soft shade of coral pink with water-soluble paint. Inside the urn is a water-biodegradable bag into which the cremated remains are placed.

This urn is accompanied by twenty individual note cards. Friends and family can write a last message to accompany a departed loved one on their final journey. Each person can post their note through the slot in the top of the urn before it is placed onto the water surface. Depending on weather and water conditions the urn will float for a few minutes before sinking peacefully down into the water.
