Each of these incredibly lovely water-soluble urns is individually hand-crafted from a solid block of Himalayan Rock Salt. The deposits of this rare material, which is found high in the magical Himalaya mountains, are over 250-million years old.

Skilled artisans create the pleasing rounded barrel form and hollow out the centre to receive the ashes. Each one is uniquely different with the natural variegations of soft pinks making each one a work of art.

If you need to travel by plane to the chosen last resting place of a departed loved one, you will be able to take this water-soluble urn with you on most commercial airlines. The medium Athena urn has a capacity of 1.47-litres, sufficient for the cremated remains of a departed child or pet. When placed onto the surface of a body of water it will quickly sink down to the ocean, river or lake-bed, and it dissolves completely within four hours of entering the water.
