This sand coloured Shell water-soluble hand-made paper urn is made from food-grade recycled paper which is completely non-toxic. The beautiful clamshell form is individually crafted using an antique mould. It is hand-painted with water-soluble paints in gentle sandy shades. The Shell is a Green Burial product as no trees were cut to make it and it bio-degrades totally in the water. It is the ideal choice for an eco-friendly water burial.

When placed on the surface of a deep body of water The Shell will float on the surface for several minutes depending on the weather and water conditions. Then, it gently descends to the bottom of the lake or the sea. It is suitable for Deep-Water Burial and is approved by the Royal Navy. The Shell is large enough to place the cremated remains of two people in the special water-soluble bag within. Taking this water-soluble urn on most commercial airlines is permitted.
