This rectangular wooden urn for ashes is exquisitely crafted from Oak wood covered with a black enamel that has a silver grain. The effect is stunning, and this is an elegant and dignified place to safeguard the ashes of a departed loved one. This urn stands on four tiny feet which lift it off the surface that it stands on.

The ashes are inserted by inverting the urn and removing the four screws that are recessed within the feet. This allows you to remove the bottom piece of wood to insert the ashes. We recommend placing the container in which the ashes currently are into the casket and slowly inverting it to release them within.

This solid Oak casket will look beautiful on your mantelpiece and will bring comfort knowing that your loved one rests peacefully in this lovely place. Alternatively, this natural wood casket is perfect for burial in a cemetery or in a special place. It will biodegrade over time and release the ashes back into the earth.

Please note that this wooden casket does not come with a presentation box or bag. We also recommend keeping the ashes inside a sealed plastic bag within the casket if you intend to keep the casket at home.
