The screw-top lid makes it easy to insert the ashes and replaces securely to keep them safe. However, if you wish to seal the urn permanently you can add some wood glue onto the threads when you replace the lid.

Please note that this wooden urn does not come with a presentation box or bag. We also recommend keeping the ashes inside a sealed plastic bag within the urn if you intend to keep the urn at home.
